Charging for plastic grocery bags
I think this is a great idea,maybe it will encourage people to think more about the effect there habits have on the environment besides encouraging them to bring their own bags.I notice that more and more stores are starting to introduce cloth bags the latest being Wal-Mart

Yeah, but how can you pick up dog crap with a cloth bag? :?
I only have cats and fish so I don't have worry about that.
